É«ÏãÊÓƵ Title IX Grievance Policies

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits any person in the United States from being discriminated against on the basis of the sex in seeking access to any educational program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. É«ÏãÊÓƵ has two policies for addressing reports and complaints made under the Department of Education’s 2024 updates to the Title IX Regulations:

There are many ways to seek help and assistance or to file a report with the University even if you are working or learning online. Reporting and resources will help individuals find the resources they need to address the issues at hand.

Green Dot Bystander Initiative

The Green Dot Bystander Initiative is a nationally recognized bystander awareness and intervention program that is demonstrating success at reducing violence in communities. The É«ÏãÊÓƵis excited to implement Green Dot on our campuses and provide opportunities for students, faculty, and professional staff to become empowered bystanders.
