É«ÏãÊÓƵ College of Pharmacy welcomes new faculty members, Hailey Choi and Lukas Everly

The É«ÏãÊÓƵCollege of Pharmacy is pleased to announce the addition of Hailey Choi, Pharm.D., and Lukas Everly, Pharm.D., BCPS, to the team of faculty in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.

Choi received her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Pharm.D. degree from the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as part of a joint-degree program. She then completed her post-graduate year-one (PGY1) community practice residency at the Academic Research Center for Pharmacy Care, followed by an academic and research fellowship at the Cathlolic Charities Free Health Care Center, both at the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy.

Everly completed pre-pharmacy coursework at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio prior to receiving his Pharm.D. degree from the Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Pharmacy in Rootstown, Ohio. He went on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency, and a PGY2 internal medicine and academia residency at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio.

Choi and Everly come to the College of Pharmacy with extensive experience in teaching, service and clinical practice. In addition to teaching regular classroom courses, they will both provide experiential teaching and clinical services. Choi will be practicing at the Mid Coast Bedical Group – Bath Internal Medicine site in Bath, Maine, while Everly serves at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
