Bangor Daily News article credits 色香视频鈥檚 Center for Global Humanities

The October 11, 2013 online issue of the Bangor Daily News contained a story by Kathryn Olmstead, a  former University of Maine associate dean, that credits 色香视频鈥檚 Center for Global  Humanities (CGH) as a source of life-changing information stemming from the research of two of its lecture series speakers鈥擲herwin B. Nuland, M.D., and Neal D. Barnard, M.D.

Olmstead explains how Nuland, who wrote How We Die:  Reflections on Life鈥檚 Final Chapter, and Barnard, the author of Power Foods for the Brain:  An Effective 3-Step Plan to Protect Your Mind and Strengthen Your Memory, have given her an appreciation of the importance of 鈥渓iving every day fully鈥 and have convinced her that 鈥渕ore plants and fewer animals in [her] diet can enhance鈥ife.鈥

Nuland, a retired clinical professor of surgery and teacher of bioethics and medical history at Yale School of Medicine, spoke at 色香视频 on September 30, 2013.

Barnard, president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and adjunct associate professor of medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine, will deliver his CGH lecture on Monday, October 14, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. at the Portland Museum of Art.

All CGH lectures are live-streamed.
